A judge has ruled that a "hate group" defamation case against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) can move forward for the first time ever. Liberty Counsel, a Christian religious rights law firm, has announced it's joining the legal team of the Dustin Inman Society (DIS) and its founder and president D.A. King in their lawsuit against the SPLC, arguing the organization defamed the DIS and King after labeling them an "anti-immigrant hate group."
